Customizable Control Panels - As a reseller, you can customize your customer's control panels by adding your company name, company logo and company colors.

Ability to Add Domains Anytime - Add additional domains at anytime through your control panel.  Just click on the "Add Domain" button and then "Add Additional Domain".  All plans get billed to you not your clients.

Ability to Park Domains - You can add a parked domain for your customer (a bonus domain name resolving at the same IP address) through your control panel at any time.  For example, you can park yourdomain.net to yourdomain.com.  Just click on "Add Domain", "Add Parked Domain".  There is low monthly fee of $2.00 a month.

Customer  Billing Software - You can bill your clients for any services you offer at low monthly fees.  (For more information) This is a service offered to all Resellers through the company Billing Orchard. (This service is not needed by Resellers who use our Reseller Administration)

Virtual Name Servers - If you sign up for our Premium, Webmaster, or Webmaster Pro plans, you can setup your own Virtual Name Servers. This is easily done through your control panel.  Just click on the 'Virtual Name Servers' button and you will be given your name server IP addresses and names. Then just go to your domain name registrar and add your name servers (usually at no extra cost) to your domain name records.  These name servers can be used for each of your customers.  When your customer searches for their domain name in the Whois database, they will see your company and not SpiderWeave.com!

• Step One:  Sign up for our one of Reseller Web Hosting plans through our secure online sign up form, or upgrade to a Reseller Plan through your control panel.

• Step Two:  To start adding your resold hosting accounts just log into your control panel and click on 'Add Domain' -- after entering the order, you will receive your customers' "Welcome Letter" by email within 15 minutes.  You can then edit the "Welcome Letter" and send it on to your customer with your company name if you would like to. That's It!

You provide your own customer service.  We will help you with any questions you have. You have control over the domains you sell i.e. you can access their control panels to help them with problems, you bill them, etc. 

All accounts come with their own IP address, Control Panel, and all of the benefits of our regular hosting plans and the great hardware at our Network Operations Center.

Discounts are applied to the monthly prices of each plan and are not on top of the quarterly, semi-annual, annual & 2 year discounts that Spider Weave.com may offer. The discount does not apply to domain registration charges, or any setup fees.
